The Passing of Doris Trimarchi

To the Williams community,

We just learned the sad news that retired staff member Doris Trimarchi passed away on Monday, June 21, at her home in Clarksburg. She was 90.

Born in North Adams, she attended local schools and graduated from Drury High School. At Williams, she worked in Dining Services from 1976 until her retirement in 1993. Among her favorite activities in life were spending time with her family, camping, reading, traveling and knitting.

She was predeceased by her husband, Milano; brother, Robert; and grandson, Michael. She is survived by her daughter, Karen; sons, Gary, Lee and William; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces.

A funeral service was held for Doris on Saturday, June 26, at Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Homes in North Adams. At the family’s request, donations in her memory may be made to POPCares or to Ecu Healthcare in care of the funeral home.

Our deepest condolences go out to Doris’s family, colleagues and friends.
