With sadness, the college announces the passing of retiree Marion Wilkin. Marion passed away on Friday, September 29, 2023, at Williamstown Commons, at the age of 95.
A North Adams native, who graduated from Drury High School in 1946 and attended Bryant University for one year, Marion worked at the Wall Streeter Shoe Company for 26 years before moving to Williams in 1974. She retired in 1993 with the title of Executive Secretary in the President’s Office.
Outside of work, Marion was a member of the First Congregational Church in Williamstown, a volunteer at the Williamstown tourist information booth and actively involved with the Williamstown Historical Museum.
Graveside services will be held next Tuesday, October 10, at 11:00 AM at Southview Cemetery in North Adams. Please see Marion’s full obituary on the Flynn & Dagnoli Funeral Home website for details, and to sign her Book of Memories.
